Accomodation has been block booked at the hotels listed below but bookings must be made through the 6th WCPM secretariat. Please state your arrival and departure dates, and enclose one night’s accommodation payment with your registration. This deposit will be forwarded to the hotel and you are responsible for paying the balance on departure. The deposit will be forfeited if you do not arrive on the speciied date. Please note that the hotel will provide a tax invoice for the total amount payable on departure. Any deposit forwarded to the Secretariat will be included to the total. Please note all rates quoted are inclusive of GST.

All hotels are located either adjacent or within easy walking distance of the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta.

CHECK IN/OUT TIME FOR HOTELS
All hotels have a 2.00 pm check in time and an 11.00 am check out time. If you
are arriving from overseas and your light arrives before 2.00 pm, you may not be able to have early access to your room. If you require early access it may be necessary to book and pay for the accommodation from the night before.

AIRPORT TRANSFERS
A taxi fare between Sukarno Hatta Airports and the Shangri-La Hotel is
approximately US $ 20. Damri operates

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out of their own travel insurance prior to coming to the Meeting. The Meeting Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please seek information from you travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.
